A lil' bit about Tonya Lynette Stout...

Tonya Lynette Stout grew up in Indiana surrounded by factories, farms, and country music.  Tonya moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue her love of writing songs for country music.  She knew since the third grade that this would be her career path in life.  Through the years, Tonya’s songs have won numerous songwriting awards. 

In 2012, Tonya Lynette Stout really began to see the fruits of her labor.  Her song, “A Seed” was featured, more than once, on The Today Show with Hoda & Kathie Lee.  Grammy award winner, Billy Dean recorded  “A Seed” and it’s on his current album. 

In 2012, her song “Some Day When I Grow Up” was recorded by country duo Joey + Rory and is available on their current “His & Hers” album.  Houston Press Award’s  “Best Country Act 2012”  artist Justin Van Sant,  currently has two of Tonya’s songs, “Without That Woman” and “Fall’s Coming Early” on his album.  

Her song, “The Power of a Wish, was featured in the “Stories of Light” campaign by the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Nashville, TN.  

Tonya Lynette Stout also gained corporate sponsorship  from “Cowboy” and “Dang Chicks” in 2012.  Tonya Lynette Stout continues to write while promoting her singer/songwriter CD which is available for purchase on i-tunes.
